Visiting the RVOEP Site

VisitingRVOEPSite
RVOEP encourages the community to use our nature preserve and to take advantage of this special opportunity for enriching your life by experiencing the wonders of our natural environment. In making use of the site we hope that you will follow the guidelines that we have provided to help us maintain the RVOEP as a model of stewardship that enhances wildlife habitat and provides our students and community with a special place where they can experience and learn about the natural world.

The RVOEP facilities are available to the public throughout the daylight hours in December and January, and during the month of July.

RVOEP conducts educational programs for local school groups from August through November and February through June. During these months, community access is limited to the following days and hours:

  • Monday through Friday 2:00 PM until Dusk
  • Saturdays and Sunday Dawn to Dusk any day that the site is not being used for a workshop.

If you would like to make use of the RVOEP site, please click here to review the guidelines before visiting the site.
